Staying healthy is not too hard. I am not a big fan of eating healthy, but I try to eat in proper proportions, make healthy snacks, and exercise for my physical health. When it comes to mental health, meditation has changed my life. Make a gratitude list, plan your day, spend time in nature and with friends and family, and get enough sleep.
